The connections between nodes in the Blender node editors are called “Noodles.” The noodles can be straight or curved. Here’s how to make the node connections in Blender be curved rather than straight.
Noodles (node connections) can be straight or curved. To change the default straight-lined node connectors to be curved, go to the Blender Preferences. We can also open the preferences with the keyboard shortcut “Cntrl + ,”

In the preferences menu, navigate to the tab labeled “Themes.” Expand the sub-menu for Node Editor as shown in the image below.

The themes tab is where we can adjust the look and feel of the Blender Interface. With the “Node Editor” tab expanded, scroll to the bottom of the options and find a setting labeled “Noodle Curving.”

This noodle curving setting in the preferences controls how straight or curved the lines between nodes are in Blender’s node editors. This applies to the Shader Node Editor, the Geometry Nodes Editor, and the Compositor.
A setting of zero makes the node connection lines perfectly straight.

And a higher level of noodle curviness makes the lines connecting the nodes curvier. We can set it to a maximum of nine.

We can adjust how curved we want the node connections (noodles) to be. I prefer a setting closer to the maximum of nine, but you may prefer to have the connections between nodes be straighter lines.
I hope this helped. Check out some of my Blender tip videos on YouTube and STAY CREATIVE!
