Below the video preview area in Premiere, is a series of icons. There is an icon of a camera. It is labeled “Export Frame.”

Alternatively, the keyboard shortcut to export the current frame in Adobe Premiere is “Ctrl + Shift + E” or “Command + Shift + E” on a Mac.
